Job summary

HYPR Service is seeking a Remote Sales & Leasing Coordinator to nurture salon-suite inquiries across 8–14 U.S. locations. This role centers on timely follow-ups, warm lead nurturing, and smooth lease signings, collaborating with marketing and leasing agents.

You will perform pre-tour touches within 24 hours, execute promise-based follow-ups, and conduct post-tour nurture within 24–72 hours while keeping the CRM accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in appointment setting or high-touch customer support.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with a warm, empathetic tone.
• Highly organized with strong CRM task tracking.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, reliable with time management.
• Ability to coordinate behind-the-scenes to ensure polished customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Pre-tour care touches within 24 hours of a booked tour.
• Log follow-ups in CRM and contact on promised date/time.
• Post-tour nurture within 24–72 hours and answer routine questions.
• Maintain pipeline statuses and clear next actions in CRM.
