Job summary

HYPR Service is seeking a Remote Sales & Leasing Coordinator to nurture warm leads for salon suites across 8–14 U.S. locations.

The role follows CST hours and acts as the bridge between marketing, in-person leasing agents, and prospective tenants to maximize tour show rates and lease signings. You will manage pre-tour care, precise follow-ups on schedule, post-tour nurture, and CRM hygiene, ensuring smooth customer experiences and timely applications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in appointment setting, sales administration, or high-touch customer support.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Tour Care Touches: Reach out within 24 hours of a booked tour to confirm details and share community benefits.
• Promise-Based Follow-Up: Log all follow-ups in the CRM and contact on the promised date/time.
• Post-Tour Nurture (24–72 Hours): Send recap messages, answer questions, escalate complex inquiries to local agents, and prompt pending applications.
• Sales Admin & CRM Hygiene: Update pipeline statuses and maintain clean notes and next actions.
