Qualifications

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management experience with proven improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up, onboarding.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks and reports.
• Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team accountable for follow-ups, demos, and CRM discipline.
• Coach on discovery, demos, objections, onboarding and client communication.
• Monitor files from inquiry to handoff to Property Management.
