Job summary

Lodgify is growing rapidly and seeking an SDR to drive outbound outreach to vacation rental owners and property managers. You will handle live chats, convert interest into high-value product demonstrations, and empower Sales Specialists to close deals.

As an SDR, you’ll receive a fresh batch of qualified leads each month, along with context to deliver real value from the first contact. Growth into Sales Specialist roles is common, based on merit and performance.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency with additional French and Spanish/Italian is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a professional setting; sales experience is a plus.
• Comfort with outbound calls and proactive outreach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads with context to add value from the first conversation.
• Engage with prospective customers via website chat and schedule product demonstrations.
• Conduct brief discovery calls to uncover operational needs for Lodgify’s rental platform.
• Qualify leads and pass detailed notes to Sales Specialists for handover.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM for pipeline visibility.
• Handle objections and clearly convey Lodgify’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine outreach messaging and targeting.
• Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through coaching and industry research.
