Job summary

Trivium is seeking a Sales Coordinator to identify potential clients, reach out via LinkedIn and email, and schedule appointments for a sales representative for follow-up calls. The role requires excellent communication, 1+ year of appointment setting or online sales experience, and the ability to work US hours.

You will manage lead qualification, maintain the prospect database, and strive to meet revenue targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of appointment setting or online sales experience.
• Conversational English level (at least B2).
• Availability to work US hours (4am to 2pm PST).

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify leads according to criteria.
• Cold message prospects and follow up regularly.
• Work with premade sales pitches, adjust and improve where necessary.
• Conduct sales conversations with prospects.
• Book sales calls and free audits with prospects.
• Update and maintain prospect database daily.
• Meet sales quotas and revenue targets, provide superior customer experience.
• Plan and follow the strategy.
• Report to supervisor.
