Job summary

ELVTR, a fast-growing online education company, is seeking Sales Closers who engage with warm leads to guide them toward the best programs. This remote, international team offers uncapped earning potential and a mission-driven culture focused on changing lives through education.

You will conduct consultations, close high-ticket enrollments, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfort with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Identify best educational paths for career goals.
