Job summary

Flexihire Talent is seeking an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead HRIS implementation and deployment projects for clients based in North America. This fully remote role involves managing project delivery from kickoff to go-live while building relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS implementation, fluency in English, and the ability to work across time zones. The position offers competitive pay of ₱40,000–₱65,000/month and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, ADP, Workday, or similar.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) with professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SaaS / HRIS implementation projects.
• Serve as the main client-facing contact, building long-term relationships.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
