Job summary

Flexihire Talent is seeking a seasoned HR professional to handle internal operations while providing hands-on support to North American clients. You'll be part of a growing startup, directly reporting to the CEO, with responsibilities including building HR documentation and managing teams.

This fully remote role offers a salary between ₱60,000 to ₱90,000, depending on experience, and requires a strong background in HR practices. Join us to shape our HR processes and contribute significantly to our success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of North American employment standards, Canada and/or US.
• Proven ability to write SOPs, policies, and employment documents.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage HR SOPs, policies, and employment documentation.
• Serve as a senior HR partner on client accounts.
• Coach and support the HR Generalist and Recruitment teams.

Skills

HR experience across the full employee lifecycle

Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Rippling and BambooHR

Excellent written and verbal English

Strong documentation habits

Education

10+ years in HR

Minimum 5 years in a senior role

Tools

HRIS platforms (Manatal, Rippling, BambooHR, ADP, Gusto)
