Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking an experienced Project Manager / IT Analyst / Developer to lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of a modern HRIS. The role is project-based with a hybrid work setup and an office location in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

You should have proven HRIS implementation or project management experience, a background as PM/BA/Systems Analyst or developer, and strong SDLC/Agile skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Salary: Php 40,000/month
Project Duration: 3–6 Months
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday, Wednesday & Friday | Work From Home every Tuesday & Thursday)

Preferred Location: Metro Manila or nearby areas
