Job summary

GoMining is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to own the commercial performance of direct revenue channels, including Sales, VIP management, retention, and cross-sell initiatives. You will define priorities with leadership, optimize unit economics, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact across fintech, crypto, and SaaS contexts.

Your remit includes shaping pricing strategies, overseeing profitability targets, and building scalable commercial processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or similar leadership role.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto, or transaction-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, unit economics, pricing and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of direct revenue channels and VIP/Retention operations.
• Drive cross-sell, upsell and promotional campaigns with Marketing and Product teams.
• Define profitability targets, budgets, and commercial KPIs; manage discount policies.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks; partner with Analytics, Finance, Product and Marketing to enable data-driven decisions.
