Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Specialist to manage client billing, revenue reconciliation, AR activities, and financial close processes using QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time, and Bill.com. This role focuses on accurate invoicing and timely reconciliations.

You will support month-end and year-end closes, prepare divisional P&L reports, and collaborate with third-party bookkeeping providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in revenue accounting, client billing, AR, reconciliation, and close processes
Experience with month-end/year-end close and financial reporting
Strong AR reconciliation, revenue analysis, and invoice management
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and QuickBooks Time

Responsibilities

Manage client billing, revenue reconciliation, and financial close activities using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
Reconcile QuickBooks Time reports against client invoices on a per-client basis
Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances
Follow up on overdue invoices and discrepancies to support cash collection
Support month-end and year-end closes and P&L reconciliations
