Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst, Retail Expansion & Property to support its Southeast Asia projects. You will build financial models for store networks, analyse performance, research locations, and track property deals and development timelines.

You will also help maintain a property platform and assist with acquisition, development, and renovation tasks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, property analysis, retail analytics, or consulting analyst roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling, scenarios, and audit checks.
• Experience building/maintaining financial models with clear explanations of assumptions.
• Strong data analysis: cleaning, reconciling, combining data sources.
• Understanding of retail/property economics: rent, occupancy costs, GP, store performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for retail networks, including sales forecasts, P&L, CAPEX and ROI.
• Gther, clean, reconcile and validate sales, cost, labour, freight, and property data.
• Analyse store performance to support location decisions and expansion planning.
• Maintain templates, deal trackers, schedules, and platform inputs.
• Upload data, test model calculations, coordinate fixes with developers.
• Update forecasts once locations commence trading.
• Research shopping centres, landlords, rental terms, and potential partners.
• Prepare briefs, reports, and minutes for meetings.
• Support store development with drawings, quotes, and fit-out costs.
• Track milestones, procurement timelines, and long-lead items.
• Assist development feasibility models and project reporting when quieter.
• Maintain consistency across projects and communications.
