Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst, Retail Expansion & Property based in the Philippines or Malaysia to support a Southeast Asia client with financial models, store location research, and property deals. You will contribute to building forecasts and maintaining a property platform while coordinating with the team in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in FP&A or retail analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, property analysis, or retail analytics.
• Strong Excel modelling, scenario analysis, and data validation skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with retail or property economics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for store networks, including sales forecasts and ROI.
• Gather, clean, reconcile, and validate data.
• Analyse store performance and inform expansion decisions.
• Maintain financial models, deal trackers, and project inputs.
• Upload and validate data, test model calculations, and coordinate fixes.
• Update forecasts with actual performance once locations begin trading.
• Research shopping centres, landlords, and lease terms across Southeast Asia.
• Prepare meeting briefs, reports, and action trackers.
• Support store development with drawings, quotes, and construction schedules.
• Track milestones, budgets, procurement timelines, and long-lead items.
• Maintain templates and documentation across projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and flag risks early.
