Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or property/retail analysis.
• Strong Excel modelling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and auditing.
• Experience building and explaining financial models and calculations.
• Excellent data cleaning, reconciliation, and multi-source data handling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for retail networks (sales forecasts, P&L, CAPEX, ROI).
• Gather, clean, reconcile, and validate client data across datasets.
• Analyze store performance and assumptions to guide site selection/expansion.
• Maintain templates, deal trackers, and project schedules for the property platform.
• Upload data, test calculations, and coordinate fixes with the platform team.
• Update forecasts with actuals as stores begin trading.
