Job summary

GoTeam is hiring a Reporting & Data Coordinator in the Philippines to own the monthly commission cycle for about 40 consultants. You will extract, clean, reconcile data across Bullhorn, APositive, Xero, Cube19, and Employment Hero, calculate commissions with splits and replacement impacts, and produce statements for payroll approval.

You will document every process to ensure knowledge continuity. The role offers a hybrid setup (IT Park Cebu City or remote outside Cebu) and a regular day shift,

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or labour‑hire back‑office roles.
• Hands‑on experience reconciling variable pay or commissions.
• Ability to extract and reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Strong Excel skills in data checking, reconciliation, or reporting.
• Familiarity with ATS/payroll platforms (Bullhorn, APositive, Xero, Cube19, Employment Hero).
• Ability to document processes with SOPs.
• Hybrid work availability from IT Park Cebu City or remote outside Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly commission process for ~40 consultants.
• Extract, clean, reconcile data across platforms each pay cycle.
• Calculate commissions including splits, placements, replacement/gurantee impacts.
• Produce consultant statements for payroll approval.
• Investigate data discrepancies before payroll.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting packs.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
