Job summary

Kensington Corporate Management (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our team in the Philippines. This entry-level role focuses on customer due diligence, AML guidance, and supporting policy updates to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will perform CDD checks, assist in FATCA/CRS reporting, monitor ongoing compliance, and provide administrative support to the Compliance Department, with opportunities for growth in trust and fiduciary services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or Law (Diploma in law also considered).
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) checks during client onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Provide first-level guidance to business teams on compliance and AML matters.
• Assist in FATCA and CRS reporting and filing of STRs.
• Review and update internal policies to reflect evolving regulations.
• Support audit activities and administrative tasks for the Compliance Department.
