Job summary

Allshores Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Associate to support day-to-day Regulatory Compliance and AML/CFT activities.

The role involves client risk assessments, compliance monitoring and testing, and maintaining compliance procedures in collaboration with the Compliance Manager. The position requires updating policies, tracking regulatory developments in Singapore and Hong Kong, and developing training programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Audit experience in a professional services firm or large organisation.
• Regulatory Compliance or AML/CFT experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating compliance policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Assist in developing compliance training programmes to raise awareness.
• Review Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents and assess client risk classifications.
• Assess name screening alerts for potential exposure to sanctions, PEPs and adverse news.
• Assist with the review of AML/CFT risk assessment and development of action plans.
• Conduct compliance testing, document findings, and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate responses to information requests from regulators, auditors and stakeholders.
• Undertake other compliance-related duties or projects as assigned.
