The role involves liaising with regulators and industry bodies, providing regulatory guidance to stakeholders, and supporting licensing and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MAS surveys, regulatory submissions and related matters with internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines, with the ability to provide regulatory guidance to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Bank’s business and operations.
• Provide regulatory advice and guidance to relevant business and support functions.
• Liaise with regulators, securities exchanges and industry bodies on regulatory submissions, queries, inspections and official communications.
• Support compliance with applicable banking, securities, financial advisory and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory impact and gap assessments, and follow up with stakeholders on required controls and actions.
• Support the administration of the MAS Representative Notification Framework and related licensing matters.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys, questionnaires, inspections and audits.
• Maintain and update regulatory policies, procedures and regulatory watch records.
• Prepare regulatory updates and reports for local, regional and Head Office management.
• Support regulatory projects and other Compliance initiatives as required.
