Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
• Help recruiters with daily recruitment tasks and coordination.
• Keep VAs and internal team members posted on updates, schedules, and processes.
• Reach out to clients when needed, in a clear and professional way.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and basic operational trackers.
• Back up higher management with administrative and operational tasks.
• Help sharpen internal workflows and recruitment processes over time.
