Job summary

GoTeam is a Philippines-based outsourcing partner offering remote, project-based roles. We are hiring a Virtual Recruitment Support for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension, to help keep candidate paperwork, placements, and communication on track for a busy medical recruitment operation.

This role supports recruiters, candidates, and clients, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation while contributing to a reliable recruitment journey for doctors and specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Admin Assistant role within a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year in recruitment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven work style.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while communicating clearly with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants across all stages of the recruitment cycle.
• Track candidate progress and flag blockers early.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to keep placements on pace.
