Fusion Growth Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support high-producing real estate professionals in the United States.

This remote role follows an Eastern Time Zone schedule; candidates must be available during ET business hours and able to attend meetings, respond to clients, and complete daily tasks within that window. The candidate should manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing with strong English communication

Qualificações

• At least two years of direct residential real estate transaction coordination experience.
• Experience managing transactions from executed contract through closing.
• Know-how of US residential real estate processes.
• Experience reviewing contracts, disclosures, addenda, and documents.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, deposits, inspections, financing, title, escrow, closing.
• Manage several active transactions simultaneously.
• Communicate directly with agents and transaction parties.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Attention to detail, organization, judgment, follow-through.
• Identify problems and escalate quickly.
• Follow procedures and client-specific instructions.
• Work independently while remaining accountable to team.
• Accept feedback and correct errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and information-security requirements.
• Avail to work assigned Eastern Time schedule.
• Reliable high-speed internet with backup option.
• Good computer, webcam, mic, headset, workspace.
• Use password manager and multifactor authentication.
• Learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Open and maintain transaction files.
• Review contracts, addenda, disclosures, and docs for completeness.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing dates.
• Monitor files for signatures, approvals, and information.
• Prepare and route documents for electronic signature.
• Communicate professionally with agents, lenders, title/escrow, and others.
• Update transaction systems, dashboards, notes, and client reports.
• Provide status updates and escalate risks before deadlines.
• Complete daily reports and tasks on time.
• Follow brokerage requirements and security standards.
• Protect confidential client information and credentials.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support process improvements as the dept grows.
