Job summary

Mysigrid is seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support US-based real estate operations in a remote-hybrid setup. You will manage end-to-end transactions, oversee escrow and closings, update MLS listings, and maintain CRM records for ongoing deals.

The role requires 2–3 years of Real Estate VA experience, strong knowledge of US market processes, and proficiency with MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, and CRM tools. Excellent English, independent work, and US-time overlap are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a Real Estate VA or transaction coordinator.
• Deep knowledge of the US real estate market and processes.
• Proven experience managing escrow and closings.
• Hands-on with MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, Zipforms or similar tools.
• Strong CRM skills and proficiency with Google/Microsoft 365.
• Excellent English communication with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end real estate transactions and timelines.
• Coordinate escrow and closing activities with officers and title companies.
• Manage MLS listings and CMA insights for agents/brokers.
• Issue regular transaction updates and maintain CRM records.
• Provide administrative support and assist with marketing tasks.
