Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee California real estate transactions from executed contract to closing. You will work remotely from the Philippines, bringing detail orientation and proactive coordination to each file.

Responsibilities include coordinating title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisals; keeping clients, agents, title officers, and lenders updated; ensuring compliance and timely closings; and entering client data into the database.

Qualifications

• California transaction coordination experience.
• Minimum 6 months in real estate transaction coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee buyer and seller transactions from execution to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules and attend closings.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
