Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee end-to-end real estate transactions in California from contract to closing. This fully remote role suits detail-oriented, proactive professionals who can work independently from home.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, appraisals, inspections, and client communications while ensuring compliance and timely data entry. Training and ongoing support accompany daily client onboarding.

Qualifications

• California transaction coordination experience required.
• At least 6 months of real estate transaction coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee buyer and seller transactions from executed agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Communicate with clients, agents, title officer, lender, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure file compliance and timely documentation with the office broker.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules and attend closing.
• Enter all client information into the database.
