Responsibilities

• Oversee buyer and seller transactions from executed contract to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, title officer, and lender.
• Submit necessary documentation for file compliance.
• Schedule moving/possession timelines and attend closing.
• Enter client information into the client database.
