Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers seeks an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee buyer and seller transactions from contract execution to closing in a fully remote setup.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage and appraisal processes, maintain client communications, ensure file compliance, and support a fast, accurate closing from home, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in California Transaction Coordination.
• At least 6 months in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain regular client, agent, title officer and lender communication.
• Submit necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules and attendance at closing.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
