Private Advertiser is seeking a Real Estate Admin to support an Australian real estate client. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to messages, and manage enquiries with a focus on professional customer service.

The role requires excellent English, a confident phone presence, and experience with CRMs and administrative tasks. You will work remotely from Manila, coordinating with the Australian team and buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, customer service, and administration.
• Experience supporting Australian business or Australian clients is highly desirable.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong and confident telephone manner.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Ability to communicate professionally with Australian customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and other leads; follow up on inquiries.
• Respond to messages via email, SMS, forms, and social platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain CRM records: activities, leads, follow-ups and outcomes; organise contact information.
• Prepare basic activity reports and coordinate appointments and calls as required.
