Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility before visits.

• Monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and payments.
• Maintain billing records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
