Descrizione del lavoro

Sharesource is seeking a Quoting and Invoicing team member to prepare accurate quotes for products and services for a Fire Safety Solutions partner in AU. The role involves gathering customer requirements from the Australia team, preparing costed quotes, and collaborating with sales, technicians, and suppliers to ensure feasible pricing and terms.

Remote plus hybrid flexibility is offered, with local Philippines base.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience in quoting, estimating and invoicing in construction, service delivery, fire protection, or engineering.
Strong grasp of engineering concepts to interpret project specs and provide precise quotes.
Knowledge of building services/facilities maintenance operations.
Self-motivated, proactive problem solver.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Good computer and administration skills.

Mansioni

Gather information with Australia-based team to prepare quotes.
Prepare detailed quotes with cost breakdowns and terms.
Collaborate with Sales, Quoting and Invoicing, Technicians & Supervisors, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Review and refine quoting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze pricing structures, costs and market conditions to ensure competitive quotes.
