Sharesource is seeking a Quoting and Invoicing specialist in the Philippines to support an Australian Fire Safety Solutions partner. You will gather requirements, prepare detailed quotes, and coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Subcontractors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in quoting, estimating or invoicing, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in quoting, estimating and invoicing within construction, service delivery, fire protection, or engineering.
Strong grasp of engineering concepts to interpret project specifications and provide precise quotes.
Knowledge of operations of building services/facilities maintenance organisations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; proactive and team-focused.

Responsabilités

Gather information with Australia-based teams to prepare accurate quotes.
Prepare detailed quotes with cost breakdowns and terms.
Collaborate with Sales, Quoting and Invoicing Teams, Technicians, Supervisors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
Communicate pricing and terms to customers and address queries or negotiations.
Review and refine quoting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze pricing structures, costs, and market conditions to ensure competitiveness.
