Job summary

TEAM VIRGIL LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Admin VA with strong project management skills for remote, home-based work. You will provide reliable estimating, administrative and operational support across landscaping, paving, construction, and related trades, from quotation to completion.

Responsibilities include take-offs, cost estimates, supply pricing, CRM data management, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating, admin support, or similar in construction/landscaping/paving/general services.
• Strong background in cost estimation, pricing, or procurement is advantageous.
• High proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Prior experience using Groundplan, Tradify, Fergus and similar softwares is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare take-offs from plans and specs; compile comprehensive cost estimates.
• Provide admin support: emails, calendars, reports, and documentation for management.
• Manage project data in CRM and update quotes, progress notes, and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers/clients to ensure smooth workflows and timely updates.
