Job summary

Outsource Teams offers remote, long-term full-time opportunities for skilled estimators who produce accurate takeoffs and bid packages for builders and contractors in Australia and the United States. You will work from home with Manila-based support, handling quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or equivalent, at least 2 years of estimating experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience, ideally on Australian or US projects.
Hands-on experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, STACK or Trimble. Cubit, CostX or Buildxact (Australia) and Xactimate (restoration) are a plus.
Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good written English for quotes and client updates.
Your own computer that can run the tools above, headset, and reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection.

About Outsource Teams

Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets.

The Role

You will work as a dedicated estimator for builders and contractors in Australia and the United States, producing accurate takeoffs, estimates and bid packages from construction drawings.
