Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software QA experience in multiple testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• 5+ years in test automation and development with Selenium, Java, API testing, and SQL databases.
• 4+ years using project management/defect-tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years in requirements gathering and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end testing of large software programs or major projects with large dev and QA teams.
• Mentor and guide junior QA staff on testing concepts and best practices.
• Act as a technical expert for one or more advanced testing techniques.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Analyze audit findings and drive improvements to product and service quality.
• Identify and implement changes to enhance long‑term testing strategy.
