Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in the Philippines, with options to work from home or onsite in Cebu, Lipa, Pampanga, and Sta. Rosa. You will evaluate customer interactions to boost satisfaction and pinpoint optimization opportunities across channels.

You will audit KPIs, assist with SOPs and quality materials, and help design training to improve performance. Flexible to work on-site, off-site, or remotely as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs for operations and customer interactions across channels.
• Review and evaluate operational procedures and service requests.
• Coordinate audits, documentation, and reporting of results.
• Calibrate evaluation processes with the Customer Service team.
• Develop SOPs, QSDD, quality forms, and recognition programs.
• Analyze quality reports and develop necessary reports.
• Support special projects including training development and delivery.
• Flexibility to perform duties on-site, off-site, or remotely as needed.
