Job summary

A healthcare technology firm in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Provider Enrollment who will oversee issues related to the enrollment of healthcare providers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid background in provider enrollment, and excellent communication abilities. You will work night shifts and manage a global team while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of provider applications. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in provider enrollment and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of solid Provider Enrollment experience.
• Knowledge of and experience in healthcare billing preferred.
• Experience with CAQH required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee issue resolution for the provider education process.
• Ensure enrollment follow-up by client and payer is completed.
• Monitor and analyze productivity along with performing Q/A for all staff.
