Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Real Estate Property Manager to lead rental operations from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will serve as the main contact for tenants, owners, and contractors via email and phone, while overseeing inspections, repairs, and end-to-end updates.

You will also drive rent collection, perform light bookkeeping, and create market insights to stay competitive, all while maintaining thorough records and lease documents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with tenants, owners and contractors via email/phone.
• Experience in rent collection and basic bookkeeping.
• Ability to manage property inspections, repairs and lease updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and contractors via email and phone.
• Oversee property inspections, schedule essential repairs, and manage end-to-end property updates.
• Lead rent collection efforts, handle light bookkeeping, and conduct market research to stay competitive.
