Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and prepare reports.
• Oversee internal project management tools to track tasks and deliverables.
• Onboard new clients and process contracts and SOWs promptly.
• Prepare and organize documents, decks, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate multiple projects across streams ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Communicate project progress to internal teams and clients regularly.
• Identify risks and mitigate with teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with day-to-day inquiries.
