Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Project Manager (Animal Health) for a fully remote role based in Europe (Spain focus). You will translate business objectives into clear requirements and drive technology delivery across integration and commercial initiatives.

You'll work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and vendors, shape backlog, UAT, and documentation, and ensure business readiness in a remote, Europe-based engagement starting October 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or technology delivery in complex environments.
• Strong ability to elicit and prioritize requirements.
• Experience translating business objectives into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and remote collaboration.
• Experience with Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and prioritization of requirements for integration and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and reviews to refine business needs.
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes for automation, standardization, and improvement.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and external vendors.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation.
• Assist with testing and UAT activities, ensuring traceability and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation and support knowledge transfer.
