Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a Home-Based Production Scheduler to support a U.S.-based food manufacturer. You will build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, create production orders, and coordinate with operations, warehousing, sales, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will leverage ERP (Dynamics 365 BC/Nav) and Power BI to monitor demand, inventory, and orders, adjusting the schedule for capacity and priority changes. Strong Excel and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 BC or NAV).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Power BI to analyze data and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using Business Central and planning tools.
• Review and rebalance scheduled production based on inventory, demand, and priorities.
• Use Power BI to monitor inventory, production needs, and open orders.
• Determine production requirements from inventory and demand.
• Create and manage production orders in Business Central.
• Establish production dates to meet customer orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Manage risk of stockouts for high-volume products and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate production priorities with departments to balance service, inventory, and capacity.
