Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Production Scheduler in the Philippines to manage the Master Production Schedule for a U.S.-based food manufacturing partner. You will create and adjust production orders, monitor demand, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

The role requires strong production planning knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight or within US hours. The company supports a remote, work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher with related field emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) in Business Central.
• Review and reschedule stock replenishment based on inventory and demand.
• Monitor inventory, production needs, and customer orders with Power BI dashboards.
• Create and manage production orders to meet customer commitments.
• Set production dates to cover orders while maintaining inventory levels.
• Manage risk of stockouts for key products and adjust accordingly.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, sales, and quality teams.
• Adjust schedules in response to last-minute changes and priorities.
