Job summary

CEO Concierge Service Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Remote Procurement Specialist to support a growing US-based IT/MSP company. You will migrate procurement processes from Autotask to HaloPSA and then own day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and quotations for long-term operations.

This full-time, 100% remote role offers a fixed schedule with NightShift CST. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement, strong English communication, and a proven ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sales/order support.
• Comfortable learning new software platforms; familiarity with HaloPSA, Autotask, ConnectWise is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

Remote Procurement Specialist

Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: $4–$6/hr | Shift: NightShift CST

We're hiring a Remote Procurement Specialist to support a growing US-based IT/MSP company. You'll start by helping migrate our procurement and quoting processes from Autotask to HaloPSA, then move into full ownership of day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and quote preparation. This is a long-term, full-time role with a fixed, predictable schedule — not project-based or freelance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Support migration of product catalogs and quoting processes from Autotask to HaloPSA

• Build quote templates and document procurement workflows from quoting through receiving

• Research products, gather competitive pricing, and prepare customer quotations

• Coordinate purchasing with the Finance Manager and manage purchase orders through delivery

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sales/order support

• Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly — hands-on experience with HaloPSA, Autotask, ConnectWise, or a similar PSA/quoting tool is a strong plus, but not required if your procurement fundamentals are solid

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and hit deadlines in a remote setup

• Comfortable coordinating across Finance, Dispatch, Customer Success, and Technical teams

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

Bonus Points If You Have

• Direct experience with HaloPSA and/or Autotask

• Background in IT services or an MSP (managed service provider) environment

• Experience supporting system migrations or data transition projects

• Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and major tech vendors

• Experience documenting business processes and workflow improvements
