LevelUp is seeking three Procure-to-Pay Buyers to partner with business teams across the organization. In this role, you will own vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement strategies within your assigned department as the company scales.

You will manage the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiations, contract reviews, redlining, requisitions, and PO issuance, while enforcing procurement policies and ensuring 3-way matching.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain management.
• End-to-end P2P process: sourcing, negotiation, requisitions, POs.
• Strong stakeholder management with VPs and Department Heads.
• Knowledge of contract terms, redlining, and 3-way matching.
• Experience with Coupa or similar ERP procurement platforms.
• Business English skills for US-based executives.
• Domain experience aligned with the chosen track.
• Nice to have ERP familiarity like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated procurement partner for your function, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders on all procurement activities and ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Coordinate with business owners, finance, the CFO's office, and the wider procurement team to ensure purchasing activities proceed smoothly.
• Manage end-to-end P2P lifecycle: sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract review and redlining, routing to Legal/Security, requisitions, and PO issuance.
• Engage with vendors on behalf of business owners, setting the commercial tone and protecting the company's position.
• Enforce procurement policies, ensuring all spend is committed through a PO before engaging vendors and vetting through intake forms.
• Capture mandatory contract metadata, service dates, and renewal clauses within the procurement system to support accrual and close processes.
• Act as the 'Receipt Gate' by confirming service satisfaction and entering data into the system for 3-way matching.
• Maintain visibility on renewals, identify savings opportunities, and support cancellations and wind-downs.
• Resolve service and billing issues using vendor scorecards to maintain high performance.
