Sophos is seeking an early-career Support Specialist to join the Global Sales Engineering team. You will assist with end-to-end preparation of customer responses, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

The role involves coordinating with Sales Engineers, maintaining content libraries, and supporting AI-enabled tools for accurate, timely responses. This remote-first role is based in Manila, Philippines, with occasional in-office attendance for business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education, certification, or work experience.
• Up to two years of relevant experience including proposal support, sales operations, or knowledge management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing use.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Comfort working with templates, repositories, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Interest in cybersecurity, technical content, or proposal operations.
• Familiarity with RFPs/RFIs/DDQs and security questionnaires is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist with preparation, coordination, and maintenance of customer response content.
• Use approved content, templates, and knowledge sources to ensure accurate responses.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and experts to clarify requirements and track dependencies.
• Identify missing or outdated content and escalate gaps or risks for review.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories, response libraries, and governance standards.
• Support AI-enabled knowledge tools with content preparation and validation.
• Track requests, deadlines, owners, and status using approved tools and processes.
• Contribute to reporting, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities.
