Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a highly organised, creative PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and works closely with our Australia team and global partners to plan and execute events, drive PR and media activity, and build partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands.

You’ll manage end-to-end events, secure venues and vendors, craft run sheets, and deliver post-event reporting while coordinating with on-site

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in events, PR, communications or marketing.
• Proven experience delivering events end to end, from concept to reporting.
• PR and media relations experience, including writing materials and pitching.
• Strong project management, multi-event coordination and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with premium brand sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Wedded Wonderland events from start to finish, including brand events, bridal showcases, partner launches, styled shoots, VIP and industry networking events, and intimate experiences.
• Own event timelines, budgets, run sheets, project trackers and critical paths.
• Manage venue sourcing, supplier and vendor coordination, styling, logistics, guest lists and RSVPs.
• Be the remote point of coordination on event days, keeping on-site teams, suppliers and partners connected.
• Prepare briefing packs, schedules and checklists for on-site delivery.
• Deliver post-event reporting including attendance, partner value and learnings.
• Build and maintain media and influencer lists; write press materials and coordinate media events.
• Support partnerships by coordinating deliverables and brand integrations at events.
• Coordinate planning and reporting with Sales, Marketing, Content and Partnerships.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve how events and media moments are delivered.
