Job summary

Wedded Wonderland, a premier wedding and luxury events media brand, seeks a PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and interfaces with Australia and global partners.

You will manage end-to-end events, drive PR and media activity, and coordinate partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands. Strong organisational and relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end events, large and intimate scales.
• PR and media relations experience, including writing materials.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with premium brand sensibility.
• Experience coordinating with remote teams across time zones.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events from start to finish: brand events, showcases, launches, styled shoots, VIP and networking events.
• Own timelines, budgets, run sheets, trackers and critical paths.
• Manage venue sourcing, suppliers, styling, logistics and guest lists.
• Be remote coordinator on event days, keeping teams connected and following run sheets.
• Prepare briefing packs, schedules and checklists for on-site delivery.
• Deliver post-event reporting: attendance, partner value, content, learnings.
