MicroSourcing invites a Pay-per-Click Team Lead to steer a skilled Paid Search group in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This remote role centers on managing SEM campaigns for B2B clients, aligning strategy with client success and delivering performance through hands-on optimization.

You will shape campaign planning, monitor budgets and bids, and mentor teammates while collaborating with stakeholders to drive excellence. A background in digital marketing and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search, SEM, PPC, or SEM campaigns in a B2B environment.
• At least 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with Google Ads or similar search advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists to meet performance goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, optimization and performance of SEM campaigns for B2B clients.
• Monitor budgets, keyword strategy, bidding and key metrics; provide campaign recommendations.
• Support reporting and analysis using dashboards and web analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
