Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality BI reports and dashboards. You will build robust data models, create advanced DAX calculations, and ensure secure, scalable reporting for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with data, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights, implement RLS/OLS, and contribute to governance, DevOps practices, and BI automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in BI report development.
• At least 2 years’ hands-on Power BI professional experience.
• Expert in Power BI report design (interactive/analytical, paginated and dashboards).
• Experience implementing RLS and OLS.
• Familiar with Power BI Service administration.
• Experience integrating Power BI with Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards with interactive visuals and paginated reports.
• Build and maintain robust DAX measures including time intelligence.
• Create efficient data models aligned to best practices and ensure performance.
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
