Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Power BI Data Lead to drive the development and continuous improvement of reporting and data solutions for our international clients. This offshore role combines hands-on BI delivery with technical leadership in data modelling, DAX, and governance.

You will work with Australian stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable dashboards, ensure data quality, and establish reporting standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Power BI development and BI analytics.
Strong data modelling, DAX, and SQL skills.
Experience leading BI projects and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and improvement of Power BI dashboards and data solutions.
Translate business needs into scalable BI requirements and reports.
Establish standards for data modelling, reporting and documentation.
Design robust data models, relationships, calculations and measures.
Develop complex DAX, Power Query, and SQL queries.
Review dashboards for accuracy, performance, and usability.
Monitor data refreshes and dependencies to ensure reliability.
