Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Power BI Analyst to support revenue cycle analytics by building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. You will transform raw data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security.

The role involves data mining, ad-hoc analyses, and training end users. This is a fully remote position with night shift hours to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields.
• 1-3 years of revenue cycle analytics experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting and dashboards; Power BI certifications a plus.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling; knowledge of DAX.
• Strong communication and teamwork; HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
• Transform raw data into cohesive reports with meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with data teams to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting.
• Create complex DAX calculations to support analysis.
• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance; provide end-user training and support.
• Prepare recurring daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Communicate with clients and team members to develop solutions as needed.
