You will handle community requests, learn the games you support, and strive to meet KPIs like productivity and player satisfaction while enforcing community rules fairly.

Qualifications

• Native or professional level English is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability with minimal supervision.
• Deep interest in gaming and familiarity with social platforms (Reddit, Facebook, X, Discord).

Responsibilities

• Process 'Calls for Help' from the community you support.
• Learn the games you support to resolve issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with policy and workflow changes.
• Become proficient with ticketing and social media tools.
• Assist with reporting and data entry; support managers as needed.
